He excels in large-scale project management and provides strategic leadership to translate the company’s vision into real performance through effective systems.

Based on the unique know-how accumulated through long-term Project Management (PM) practice, he efficiently leads complex projects and maximizes the perfection of the final deliverables. He is the core driving force of R&A, successfully managing every production stage to ensure that the original planning intent is realized as a high-quality physical space.

As Creative Director, he is a key figure who guides the creative direction and quality standards of every project.   Drawing on his experience at leading domestic and international design agencies in Europe, he infuses all R&A projects with global-level sensibilities and innovative perspectives.

A seasoned planning expert who has spearheaded strategic planning and project management since 2002. He specializes in the comprehensive lifecycle of permanent spaces, from initial proposal development to flawless execution.
